About BHV
BHV is a privately held company based in Chicago, founded by Christopher Boggs and Arezoo Habibi. We develop software ventures around specific user needs and build internal systems to support that work.
We bring a shared interest in useful software and experience working through complex business decisions.
Founders
Co-founder
Christopher brings experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and governance, including work involving software and technology businesses. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Co-founder
Arezoo brings experience in commercial litigation and risk management, including business disputes and international arbitration. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
Each BHV product has its own purpose and development path. BHV provides a common setting for research, planning, development, and review while keeping the needs of each product in view.
