AeroCue is being developed as an airport navigation companion to help travelers understand where they are and what to do next.
In development
Who it is for
Travelers finding their way through an unfamiliar airport.
The starting point
At an unfamiliar airport, the difficult moment is often a specific decision: which corridor to take, whether a sign matches the intended route, or when to ask for help.
The experience we’re developing
Ariadne, AeroCue’s traveler-facing guidance system, is being developed to combine visual information with supported airport and route information to help at those moments. The intended experience makes clear when to proceed, verify a direction, or seek help.
The planned experience
How the experience comes together.
The steps below describe the intended product experience.
Establish the destination
Confirm the traveler’s destination and supported route.
Interpret the surroundings
Use a deliberate camera capture to help interpret the surroundings.
Find the next step
Provide a next step when the available information supports it.
Recognize uncertainty
Clearly indicate when more information or assistance is needed.
